Welcome to the 2013 Boating Season! Good news! Pay in full by March 1st and save 15%. Gift Certificates also available.

Our rate remains at $100.00 per foot with a $2000.00 minimum and the harbor service permit fee required by the Town of Wareham will be an additional $75.00.

Our season runs from April 1^st to October 31^st. We kindly ask that you only have your boat in the water during this time period.

Applications are available at Upper Cape Realty, 3220 Cranberry Highway, payments are mailed to Maxi Marina, PO Box 270, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532, or if you have any questions or concerns, contact our accounting department at 508-759-1527.

Applications need to be filled out even if you are a returning boater. We will also require a copy of your boat registration and insurance policy with liability coverage for "Maxi Marina” as endorsee.

Harbor service permit fee required by the Town of Wareham will be an additional $75.00.
