Upper Cape Realty is busy and need agents for our headquarters in Buzzards Bay and our branches in Wareham, Sagamore, Martha's Vineyard and Falmouth offices. The 40 hour course is broken down into 10 four hour sessions which can be scheduled during the week or on Saturday and Sundays from 10:00 - 2:00. We will try to accommodate your schedule if you cannot attend on weekends. The class is on DVD so there's some flexibility depending on instructor availability. 

*The course costs $380 including materials and full payment is due in advance. When you become a licensed agent and join our team we'll reimburse you $380 upon your first closed sale making the class 100% free! We'll provide office up-time, help you generate leads & prospects and will be there to answer questions and assist with your customers along the way. We'll work with you from day one and show you all the steps from prospecting to closing day.
